BOJ invented and patented the wall-mounted corkscrew in 1959 and, true to our roots, we have been manufacturing it for over 60 years in our workshop in Eibar, Spain.

It is specially designed for places with high activity such as restaurants and bars, although its traditional design makes it perfect for placing it in any kitchen.

To coincide with BOJ’s 110th anniversary, we developed a new version of the wall-mounted corkscrew called the 110 LUX wall-mounted corkscrew.

This new version stands out for its more modern and colourful appearance thanks to the automotive-inspired metallic paint coating.

In addition, improvements were made to the internal mechanism to optimise cork extraction.

Only BOJ has the worldwide license to manufacture the worm, created to extract both natural and synthetic corks.

The extraction of the cork is fast and its technology prevents the cork from perforating and particles from falling into the bottle.

Steps to follow:

  1. Insert the neck of the bottle into the clamp and press until it stops.
  2. Without holding the bottle, lower the lever with one hand.
  3. Raise the lever back to its original position.
  4. Remove the bottle and cork.
